At Cedar and Quill, each order is prepared with care—from our hands to your doorstep. Below you’ll find details on how and when your stationery will ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Since our stationery is handmade in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during periods of high volume or product launches.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer shipping through trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

International Shipping

International shipping is offered to select destinations. Delivery times and customs fees vary by country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local government.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Cedar and Quill is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please get in touch with the shipping carrier directly. If you need additional assistance, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist you promptly.
